童德文，极自男，汉族，1967年11月1日出生，民盟盟员，博士(后)，西北农林科技大学教授，博士研究生导师，动物医学院副院长。
1991年7月毕业于西北农业大学兽医专业，获农学学士学位。
1991年9月考取西北农业大学兽医内科学专业家畜中毒性疾病研究方向硕士研究生，
1994年7月毕业获农学硕士学位并留在该校兽医系基础兽医学教研室，主要从事动物病理学和动物毒理学的教研工作。
1996年9月，考取西北农林科技大学临床兽医学专业博士研究生，
2001年1月毕业获农主础态学博士学位，同年12月晋升副教授
2002年遴选为硕士生导师。
2005年被评为西北农林科技大学青年学术骨干，同年在新西兰Lincoln University研修。
基位里简德望入针包差停 2006年12月晋升教授，同年被评为"西北农林科技大学优 秀教师"。
来自 2007年6月遴选为博士生导师，并入选2007年教育部"新世纪优秀 人才支持计划"。
