《中国模拟医学教学》是2014年清华大学出版社出版的书籍，作者是韩霏、郭凤林、尹悦。
本书系统阐述了以模拟为基础的医学教育的现状与发展方向，模拟医学教学的理念、教学设施的设计、建设与运营管理;详细介绍了模拟医学课程体系的建设，包括教学内容、教材、师资队伍的建设等。介绍了新的医学模拟技术与模拟医学教学相结合，相关信息化网络教学的应用。模拟医学教学将成为医学教育中的重要学科，是集医学知识、临床技能以及医学生的职业素质为一体的综合教剧烈育平台。本书还对全球主要的模拟医学教学设施以及医学教学学会进行了介绍，展望了全球模拟医学教学的未来发展趋势、应用范围以及面向公共卫生事业的拓展方向。本书适于全国各高等医学院校临床医学专业教师和学生使用。
模拟医学教学伴随着医学的诞生而开始，中国北宋年间的"天圣铜人"是可考证的历史上最早的正式的模拟医学教学设备，为了更好地为患者服清比工艺苗爱务，中外历代医者通过各种方式来提高医生的能力。新时期医学研究的进步使新科技和新段剂句善异设备大量涌现，医疗服务环境和医患关系的变化需要医护人员在接触患者前进行充分的训练，而临床教学资源又因上述原因而剧垂医较短缺，这些原因催生了以模来自拟教学为基础的医学教育的蓬勃兴起。以模拟教学为基础的医学教育在中国仅仅是起步阶段，但发展迅速，政府对教育投入逐年增加，全国各医学院校360百科对以模拟教学为基础的临床技能中心的建立要下很大力量，从硬件设施上完全能够达到国际先进水平，模拟教学科研也开始起步。作者在美国曾与迈阿密大学的临床技能训练中心的主任DrMichael Gordon有过长谈，记易得他曾说过"Simulator 曲李拉伤团is not stupid,cu征识铁够由rriculum is stupid",一个不成后析觉功的模拟医学教学不是硬件设备的错误，而是应用方法发生了问统体放题。随着我国硬件建设逐步提高，如何使用设备、如何开发课程是国内的模拟医学教学工作者所面临的主要问题。本书根据当前面临的社会问题，从医生在新时期的定位说起，阐述医生的功能的延伸与医学教育内容的块革祖从按烧元受候东拓展;重点讲述以模拟教学为基础的医学教育课评光燃帮效松亮毛站程体系、模拟医学教学设施的建立与应用;从模拟医学教学第一线工作者的立场来介绍模拟为基础的临床能力培养的课程体系与传统课程设置相融合的方法与体会。天津医科大学于2009年开始筹建"天津医科大学国际医学院模拟医院"，并于2010年投入使用，在广泛参考国内外先进模拟教学机构的基础上，将该设施定名为"模拟医院"，意在为医学生树立一个真实医院的概念，同时，"模拟医院"与外科手术学、诊断学教研室分开形成独立设施。在课雨程上，"模拟医院"开放的课程定位于"紧密联系临床课的独立课程"。建立了完整的模拟医学教学课程体系，分三个阶段，数百学时。本书将详细介绍该课程体系，经过数年的实践与改进，已经取得了良好的教学效果。"模拟医院"及以模拟为基础的临床能力培养体系，受到国际上的广泛关注，被教育部领故导评价为"这才是真正的教学改革!"。本书将新风圆毫房怕我们的团队在过去数杆止段核觉年的实践与经验汇总成册场领，侧重于模拟医学教学的理论、课程设置计划、教材与师资队伍建设、模圆形铁乱旧刘福年拟医学教学训练设施的包道未些律坚农脚林步黑设计建设以及模拟医学教学设备配置方面的内容，与国内外同行分享，以求指正，共同发展。2008年爱思唯尔出版社集中了全球模拟医学教育专家完成了专著Clinical Simulation;2013年，芬兰与德国也用当地语言出版了两本模拟医学教学相关的论著。在全球，与其他学科相比，模拟医学相关的研究方兴未艾，乘国家发展的大好形势，我国同行关于模拟医学教学的研究与应用也与世界其他国家站在同一条起跑线上。结合我国及本单位的优势开发出独树一帜且行之有效的课程体系，是非常必要的。在整个医学教育体系中，只有临床技能课程能够从医学生的入学开设到毕业，而且可以延续到住院医师培训、专业医师及职业生涯培训。以模拟为基础的临床技能教学，不仅是动手能力的培养，也包含了标准化的人文医学素质的训练。我们的理想是将模拟为基础的临床技能训练打造成融医学知识、临床技能与职业素质相结合的综合训练平台，医学教育改革中的一个新的主流学科将呼之欲出。12本书写作过程中各位参编老师做出了很大贡献。承蒙带我走上医学教育之路的启蒙恩师美国托马斯·杰弗逊大学的医学院院长DrJoseph Gonnella和笔者多年的挚友美国模拟医学学会会长DrPaul Phrampus为本书作序，向各位表示深深的谢意。希望同行给予指正、共同交流，促进中国模拟医学教育事业繁荣进步。
